Expansion in Vermont Fair Housing Law Protections
Vermont Fair Housing Protections expand to include Citizenship & Immigration Status. After years of advocacy and organizing, Migrant Justice and affiliate organizations worked alongside legislators to pass the “Housing Access for Immigrant Families” bill during the 2025 session.
