Publications & Reports
Explore below the data, reports, and stories that showcase the tangible impact of our programs and services. Our publications illustrate how our work is guided by community feedback and made possible by the incredible dedication of our staff and the generous support of our partners, donors, and friends.
Together, they demonstrate how this collective effort helps build a stronger, more resilient community.
2025 Community Action Journal
CVOEO's Community Action Journal shares highlights of our work across the state of Vermont. Read through to explore stories of those we serve, experience what our work is like on the ground, and learn about the impact your support makes. Thank you for joining us as we fight to end poverty. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
The work CVOEO does is critical to all Vermonters. Everyone deserves the opportunity to break out of cyclical poverty—yet so many people in Vermont don’t have access to their basic human needs. CVOEO is committed to fighting this injustice, no matter what we face.
If you are looking for a way to support the work we have ahead of us, please consider joining the Community Action Circle as a monthly donor via the donate button. This reliable support, no matter how big or small, makes our efforts possible. The Community Action Circle is powered by community donors and Vermont Mutual Insurance Group.
2025 Community Needs Assessment
CVOEO conducted a community needs assessment to better understand what you and your neighbors want and need. Your feedback guides us in refining our programs, enhancing our services, and creating new initiatives that truly make a difference.
