Fair Housing Project Information Clearinghouse

This Fair Housing Information Clearinghouse page is designed to provide direct information and resource links for broad fair housing assistance, expansion and enforcement in Vermont and across the country. It is especially intended for use by municipal and regional officials, land use planners, land use regulators, housing developers, landlords and property managers, housing advocates, and members of the general public.

For municipal officials and communities, this clearinghouse page can help explain and provide relevant local resources to help you meet your obligation to affirmatively further fair housing.  We have included relevant state statutes and cases, as well as examples of local ordinances and by-laws that your community can consult when complying with its obligations.

Note: Your feedback is valuable to us.  Have any comments or suggestions? ... relevant links, cases, statutes, handbooks or other fair housing resources? Please e-mail us at: fhp@cvoeo.org
