Fiscal Director

Seeking an experienced financial manager with a strong background in non-profit fund accounting and computerized accounting systems.

Minimum qualifications include a BA in accounting and 4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated experience required with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budget preparations, analysis and projections, cost allocation, audit compliance and Excel. Experience with numerous grants and widely varied grant funding cycles is desirable. Experience in accounting for federal/state grants is required, as is a commitment to economic and social justice.

Responsibilities include direct supervision of fiscal staff and advising the Executive Director, program managers, and the Board of Directors on the financial operations and well being of the agency.
