Guide to Your Rights
A mobile home park is a parcel of land or adjacent parcels with the same owner, which contains, or is designated, laid out or adapted to accommodate, more than two mobile homes (excluding land used solely on a seasonal basis for vacation or recreational mobile homes, and certain agricultural worker homes). This handbook contains general information formobile home owners or purchasers about renting a lot in a mobile home park.
