Vermont Mobile Home Owners Association (VMHOA)

VMHOA is an independent statewide non-profit organization formed to promote and protect the rights and interests of mobile home park residents within the State of Vermont. The purpose of VMHOA is:

• To work for legislation that promotes the rights and interests of mobile home park residents.
• To inform park residents of mobile home park laws and issues.
• To improve the perception of mobile home parks and mobile home park residents.

Vermont Agency of Natural Resource (ANR)

The Water Supply Division of ANR oversees public water systems and monitors water testing. 802-241-3400.

Vermont Consumer Assistance Program

This agency provides information on consumer issues and problems. Call them to check on a mobile home dealer or contractor before entering an agreement. Register a complaint with them if you have had a problem with a dealer or contractor. 800-649-2424


Vermont Department of Health

Division of Community Public Health, Municipal Health Officer Program

Coordinates training and provides limited oversight of local health officers. The web site has a list of local health officers and other information.
